They are responsible for ensuring all documentation, licences, certifications, and processes meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

They must review, verify, and approve all information and documentation managed or organised by MBS.

They are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to MBS.
4. Scope of Services
Services provided by MBS will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or scope of work.
MBS will only perform services that are explicitly agreed upon. Any additional work may incur additional feed and must be agreed in writing.
5. Fees & Payment

The client may provide MBS with access to systems, platforms, or documentation

Alternatively, MBS may operate via external structured workflows without system access
The client is responsible for ensuring that any access provided is authorised and compliant with their internal policies.
7. Data Handling and Privacy
MBS will take reasonable steps to handle client data securely and confidentially.

Documents may be temporarily stored for administrative purposes

Where applicable, documents will be transferred to the client's systems and removed from MBS systems within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Confidentiality
MBS agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties unless:

13. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed terms.
Upon termination:
